The 2011 North American Leader’s Conference (NALC) - April 11-15th, Flat Rock, North Carolina

year:one! Now that's an interesting theme, you say! Well, we have just celebrated YWAM's 50th Anniversary and what a grand year it was! Loren and Darlene traveled around the world and celebrated 43 times, thanking God for all He did in these past 50 years. But now we stand at the very beginning of the next 50 years of ministry. What will those 50 years later say about us? How will we respond to God both corporately and individually? What will the fourth wave of missions look like and what type of leadership will it require in order to fulfill God's dream?

I think it will require radical Jesus style leadership! So I want to invite you and all your up and coming leaders to attend this year's NALC. Come and be challenged by Fred Markert as he shares, from his new book, about the Fourth Wave of Missions. Be prepared to have your cages rattled by Dr. Dan Allender. Listen to what Denny Gunderson said to me when he heard Dr. Allender was one of our speakers, "Way to go for getting Dan Allender as a speaker. He may rattle some cages but he is amazing. One of the most insightful guys on issues of the human heart that I have ever heard."

So, come with a clean slate and let's see what God will do with us to prepare us for the next 50 years!
